Up Up Up and Away!

Two lucky Year 1 pupils were whirled into school by helicopter and landed on the school playing field, much to the amazement of their watching classmates. All pupils had a chance to explore and sit in the helicopter.

The pilot, Paul T Watson, who is a fully qualified flight instructor based at Coventry Airport, then treated members of staff to flights over the local area.

Book Club

Mrs Strain held her final book club session at the end of this half term. She has been running the club, helping with artwork and providing us with beautiful flower arrangements for over 15 years. We are all very grateful to Lynne and wish to thank her very much for all she has done for us. Karen Spencer is to run book club after half term on Fridays, beginning on Friday 7th November before school.
