We welcomed our new children and settled down to the school year together. During the holiday we had our clerestory windows replaced and the rest of our roof recovered. All our extra curricular clubs continued - netball, football, gardening, gym and book clubs. Outdoor clubs ended for Term 2 and will restart in the spring.

A New Play Area

During the first term of the year Mrs Badhams had a real treat in store for the children, a brand new play area! Thanks to your fund-raising efforts over the last few years, Friends of School were able to make a substantial contribution towards the cost of the equipment. Also included is an area, with worktops and seating, which will be used as an outdoor classroom when the weather improves!

These clubs were based on readings and teachings from the Bible and proved to be very popular. The children listened to stories and took part in a variety of crafts and quizzes. Thank you James and Christine.
