Happy Mother's Day

Mother's Day

Parents, Grandparents and friends joined us at our recent Mother's Day Celebration. We were treated to some fun presentations from both the Juniors and Infants. The recorder group put in their best performance yet and for the first time Junior children performed on the chime bars. Thank you to everyone who came and helped make this such a lovely occasion.

Lea Green

Our Year 5's and 6's started the month by attending a 3-day residential visit at Lea Green where they took part in orienteering, rock scrambling and den building.

Down to Earth

Three new Mums have got stuck in, to dig a patch for a new garden near the school pond. The "Gardening Club" will be meeting after school on Fridays. Please see Roz, Jo or Jane for details.

They're Driving us up the Wall!

This month has seen the transformation of the ball wall into a traverse wall and our resident monkeys have already found a use for it! Over the Summer Term we hope to brighten the wall up further by painting a mural on it. Thanks go to "Friends of School" who raised the funds for this fabulous resource.
