BTO - Tracking Cuckoos into Africa

In 2011, the BTO fitted satellite tags to five cuckoos caught in their breeding grounds of East Anglia and have been tracking them to find out about their migration to their winter quarters in Africa. Cuckoo numbers have dropped drastically in recent years and it is hoped this study will help understand why. A blog is kept for each cuckoo so you can find its latest news.
