Our school operates a school buddy system at lunchtimes and playtimes which very much builds on the friendly caring learning environment offered by a small village school. Junior children are given the opportunity to become a playground buddy and in addition to their break duties, they have informal meetings with Mrs Tait to discuss any issues arising and to formulate coping strategies.
